No, I don’t enjoy painting walls, but I am really enjoying the paintings I’ve done to hang on the walls. A few months ago I did some flowers for Olivia’s room that I just love. Now I’ve been working on some pictures for Joshua’s room, nothing fancy, but something to go with the transportation theme he’s got going in his room.
We got this star for Christmas and just got it hung in the entry.
We still need a lot of finishing touches for this home, but I feel like we are making some progress.
Here are some random pictures that don’t go together but I wanted to share them with you. (and sorry most of them were taken with my phone and are blurry)
I took the kids outside for a walk yesterday, we stomped on ice, threw ice chunks in the road, spotted some snowmen. The kids and I had a wonderful time, and as soon as we got back to the house Olivia does what she always does and shed her coat and shoes, but she didn’t even wait to get back in the house!
The kids have been playing so well together lately. I loved their choice of toys this morning. He’s playing with her doll and stroller and she is playing with his Buzz Lightyear. Luckily we usually don’t have too many issues around here of “mine, mine,” everything just belongs to everyone.
We got home from the store and Joshua was hungry, so he made lunch. He got them each a string cheese, yogurt, spoon, and knife to cut open the top.
Andrew watched the kids this afternoon while I went to a movie with Elaine, and this is where he found Olivia asleep.
